We at Primepack diligently check incoming raw material for Viscosity, Density, Tensile Strength, GSM testing, Cobb Testing, Plybond and so on.

The finished products (wet & dry) are tested for Crush Strength (Radial / Flat), ID, OD, Weight, Moisture Content (wrt Relative Humidity), Shrinkage and any other customer specific requirements

Reports are made at each stage of processing - RM Inward, Winder Reports, Dryer Logs, Finishing Reports and Despatch reports
